We shall send the total payment needed for your approval.

Sales are final upon receipt of full payment. Upon payment of full amount, buyer gives their consent to the "no return and / or no exchange" policy.

Apologies we do not accept reservations. We operate on a first-pay first-serve basis.

We understand that there are unforseen and unavoidable circumstances that may be experienced by our clients.
Some clients pay at a later date than the promised date of payment and do not advise us. This increases the likelihood of double booking items.

To avoid double-booking items and to adhere to the first-pay first-serve policy, bank details / details needed for the money transfer shall be provided on the payment date advised by the buyer.

Buyer is responsible for consulting a doctor and responsible for taking any action to stop any unfavorable reaction towards the products purchased.

Our responsibilty ends once items are handed-off to the buyer in the disclosed condition as stated in the ads and as informed via text / private messages.
